Playbook Partners, a growth capital firm, intends to invest USD 20 million (roughly Rs 175 crore) in 12-15 companies over the next two years.
"Our focus is on companies with more than Rs 100 crore in revenue, where our capital and expertise can help accelerate their growth to the next level," Vikas Choudhury, Founder and Managing Director at Playbook Partners told PTI.
The company is looking for high-potential ventures in SaaS, e-commerce, healthtech, climate-tech, B2B, and B2C, with investments of up to USD 20 million each in 12-15 companies. Playbook Partners is an operator-driven growth capital (GC) firm focused on Digital India.
The company invests in growth-stage, technology-enabled companies with strong unit economics to help them achieve market leadership.
The firm's investment portfolio includes Myntra, PolicyBazaar, InMobi, Nazara Technologies, Rapido, and Renee, among others. While it primarily invests in India, it also supports global companies such as SpaceX and Stripe.
