Pincode, PhonePe's store-first commerce platform, has announced a new cooperation with Simpli Namdhari's, India's only 100% vegetarian omni-channel shop. In e-commerce and retail, omnichannel refers to a business strategy that strives to create a smooth purchasing experience across all channels, such as in-store, mobile, and online. Pincode's new relationship will bring a varied assortment of groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and luxury FMCG products to the Pincode App.
Pincode is seeing significant growth, with over 2 million registered users and over 1.5 million orders handled to far. The platform provides merchants with a variety of benefits, including free delivery, seasonal incentives, and order fulfillment reliability, allowing for a seamless transition to the digital marketplace.
Pincode also offers extensive support to merchants through training, customized dashboards, and a mobile app for everyday usage, allowing them to properly manage their online stores. Pincode allows clients to explore and shop at well-known shops and supermarkets in their neighborhood from the comfort of their own homes.
Vivek Lohcheb, CEO of Pincode, expressed excitement about the relationship with Simpli Namdhari's, a major omnichannel shop in Bengaluru recognized for its broad assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables.
