Oil marketing companies (OMCs) announced today (August 1, 2024) an increase in the price of 19 KG commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 6.50 per bottle of cylinder, effective immediately.
After today's price increase, a 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinder would cost Rs 1652.50 in Delhi. The price increase follows two consecutive price decreases, with OMCs lowering the price of a 19 Kg Commercial LPG Cylinder during the past two months.
In July, OMCs announced a Rs 30 price decrease for 19 KG commercial LPG gas cylinders.
Starting August 1, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in metros will be as follows: The prices for Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai are Rs 1,652.50, 1,605, 1,764.50, and 1,817, respectively.
However, household LPG cylinder pricing would stay constant. It is crucial to remember that monthly modifications for both commercial and household LPG cylinders are normally made on the first of each month.
