HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) said on Tuesday that its net profit for the quarter that ended on December 31, 2024, increased 31% year over year (YoY) to ₹641 crore.
In comparison to the ₹671 crore the company reported for the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, the revenue from operations for Q3FY25 increased by 39% to ₹935 crore.
The company's overall income decreased by about 2% sequentially from ₹1,058 crore in the previous quarter to ₹1,028 crore in the December quarter, despite an increase in revenue from operations in Q3.
From ₹143 crore to ₹93 crore, other revenue decreased.
In the meantime, operating profit (EBITDA) increased from ₹509 crore to ₹763 crore, and the EBITDA margin improved significantly from 75.9 percent to 81.7%.
Shares of HDFC AMC stayed largely unchanged following the release of the financial results. Tuesday's closing price of ₹3,899 per share, following the earnings report, was 1.68 percent higher.
