Profit attributable to equity holders of Godrej Properties for the third quarter ending December 2024 (Q3 FY25) grew by 161.2% Y-o-Y to Rs 162.64 crore.
The company's sales, however, remained flat at Rs 5,446 crore, declining by 4.8% Yo-Y. The sixth-highest sale was nonetheless maintained over Rs 5,000 crore in this company for the last six consecutive quarters, with quarter-to-quarter growth rate percentage in sales being 4.8 Kg.
Company earnings in Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 968.88 Crore in Q3 FY25, rising by 193.21% YoY. Yet, on the other hand, total expenses increased by 133.4% YoY with a major contributing factor being the surge in material cost grossed during the quarter.
The EBITDA achieved by the company during the quarter amounted to Rs 280 crore, hence reflecting an increase of 85%.
During the March quarter, the fund-raising of Rs 6,000 crore in equity for growth capital via QIP, the company got launched for seven new projects (including phases) across four cities in India.
For the first nine months of FY25 (9M FY25), the company registered sales of Rs.19,281 crore, a year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase of 48%, and fulfilled 71% of its yearly target. Godrej stated that with a strong launch pipeline, robust balance sheet, and sustained demand, the company is well set to surpass its bookings guidance of Rs.27,000 crore for FY25 while also achieving record-high cash collections, deliveries, earnings, and operating cash flows.
For 9M FY25, revenue from operations for the company went up 74.03% Y-o-Y to Rs 2,801.11 crore, while its profit grew four times to Rs 1,017.90 crore.
On a sequential basis, revenues are down by 11.4% while profits attributable to equity holders of the parent company decreased by 51.5%.
