Confido Health, a healthtech business with an AI focus, has raised $3 million in its seed round, which is being led by Together Fund. MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC, Operators Studio, and strategic healthcare operators also participated in the round.
Momentum Capital led a pre-seed round that the company had previously raised. The money will be utilized to expand its reach into disciplines like pediatrics, orthopaedics, dentistry, and surgery, as well as to enhance its AI technology stack.
Confido Health, which was founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, gives AI personnel the ability to handle duties including booking appointments, confirming insurance, and coordinating care. Through no-code deployment, these digital workers seamlessly automate tasks from start to finish and interact with current healthcare systems in less than five minutes.
The platform processes unstructured data across several systems in a HIPAA-compliant way, enabling real-time task completion. The ability of Confido's digital workforce to interact with patients in many languages and manage multiple activities at once has been validated on real-world data rather than publicly available statistics.
According to the business, it serves more than 15 clients in more than 50 sites and sees 50,000 patients each month.
