Ambarish Kenghe was named Group Chief Executive Officer by Angel One, with effect from March 2025. He worked at Google Pay for six years before to this.
Ambarish Kenghe, widely known as "AK" in the fintech sector, is a renowned technical and product leader with a wealth of knowledge in consumer electronics, e-commerce, and finance. AK played a key role in expanding Google Pay's reach and developing the UPI ecosystem in India during his tenure as Vice President and General Manager at Google Pay APAC. Additionally, he was instrumental in the introduction of Chromecast and made a substantial contribution to the development of Google TV," the business stated in a regulatory filing.
He was the Chief Product Officer of Myntra prior to Google. He formerly held positions as a high-speed switching engineer at Cisco Systems in San Jose and as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco.
