Nazara Technologies' subsidiary, Datawrkz, has successfully acquired 100 percent stake in Space & Time. Latter is a UK-based growth marketing agency, It has been reported that Datawrkz acquired Space & Time for approximately Rs 52.3 crore which comes to about USD 6.2 million in a combination of cash and stock. Strengthening its position in the global digital advertising market, this acquisition aligns with Datawrkz’s strategy to expand its presence across Europe and North America.
Furthermore, this acquisition will bring together Space & Time’s expertise in driving growth in marketing, media, and technology along with Datawrkz’s capabilities in programmatic advertising technology. With a particular focus on enhancing reach and impact in the European and UK markets, this robust synergy will be focused towards providing advanced digital advertising solutions.
Adding to this, the acquisition allows Space & Time to leverage Datawrkz’s technology to devise more efficient campaigns so as to unlock new growth opportunities across Europe and North America.
